CROSS COUNTRY

Tech’s Cross Country team is a dedicated group of student-athletes who work to support and encourage one another to achieve their individual and team best.
 
Practices: Mon-Fri after school at the Tech track, Bushrod Park, Lake Temescal or Mountain View Cemetery; twice a week students run in the hills

Meets: Saturdays in the East Bay plus one trip to southern California and another to Fresno for the State Championships

Tryouts: 8/7/23-8/21/23

Practice: Mon, Tues, Thurs 4-6pm, Friday 3:15-4pm
