Few key points:

*Students and/or families must create an account on familyid.com

*Parents will complete all agreements online

*Student must upload page 4 with doctor signature to portal. 

*Once registration is complete OAL Staff will review and approve for participation

*Students that attend a multi school must select enrolled not school wishing to participate.
